To begin a return, access our returns portal
We hope that you love all your purchases from Cocolillys boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.
Items purchased at a discount of 20% or more and ALL ITEMS in Sale category are FINAL SALE.
All Flash Sales such as Pink Friday, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, End of Year sale are FINAL SALE.
Please include the packing slip with your return.
We Do NOT offer exchanges.
Other Final Sale items include all activewear, stripes, lifestyle, accessories, bodysuits, sweatshirts, and swimwear. Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will Not be accepted and you will have to purchase a $5 reshipment for us to ship those items back to you.

Checkout with the $1.98 Re:Do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order (if needed) and send it back for free. Forgot to check out with Re:Do? You will still return like normal, BY purchasing the label through them//product, with discounted shipping rates saving you time and money.
Return Instructions
You must complete the return form FOUND in our RETURNS PORTAL -highlighted in blue above- before mailing back your items.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Please wrap your item neatly in paper to protect the item.

Damaged Items
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@cocolillys.com and forward photos of any damage.
