Shipping policy

 

 

Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days of receiving the order. Overnight shipping requires a 24 hour processing time. Overnight orders placed on Friday after 12 noon CST will be processed on Monday. Orders are shipped out of Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.  If you would like your package expedited, please choose Priority shipping which will ship out the same day or next day.  Overnight orders will be shipped out within 24 hours unless order is placed after 12 noon CST on Friday. 

Orders placed with a PREORDER ITEM-- all items in this order will be held until the preorder item is available to ship. IF YOU NEED AN ITEM EARLIER, YOU WILL NEED TO PLACE A SEPARATE ORDER.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.

**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT. IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE.
